Parent Hope Project

The Parent Hope Project is a manualized program that is structured for 6-8 sessions with one or both parents. You don’t need to have your partner involved if you’re wanting to work on yourself and your part in the parenting process. There are benefits to both parents involved however.

Parents use the manual as a means to be more observant of themselves and learn about what gets stirred up in their interactions with their child or young person who is perhaps struggling with some complex mental health symptoms.

Each step introducing a new learning module and has you working on what you’re able to control in the dynamic between you and your child.

Our family shapes us and our sense of ourselves as individuals and we shape our family.

The goal is to change the sense of hope for parents who are at their wits end.

Is it time to Make some Changes down the path of your parenting journey?

Do you struggle with your relationship with your child, teenager or young adult?

Are you particularly reactive to one of them?
